Propulsion Engineer

Lead Professional Band position trusted with workscoping CF34-8 and CFM56-7 engines for over a dozen different high-end customers. I conduct meetings with customers, stakeholders and executives to keep quality, cost and relationships managed properly and positively, and work directly with the shop floor to integrate hands-on solutions in real time and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Design Engineer

Interpreted statements of work and prepared critical design reviews by modelling and designing tooling for aircraft engines. Once dimensions were locked in and the stress analysis and stack-ups were complete, I presented the preliminary design review and followed the tool through to production. Completed over a dozen projects for engines including the T901, PEx and F414, working mainly with GE Aviation on tooling design, stress analysis and presentations to module leaders and stakeholders.
